50% Grenache, 50% Syrah
Robust with a beautiful aromatic structure. Deep magenta color with purple glints. Aromatic and rich with expressive scents of blackberry and cherry, underscored by notes of licorice, ripe fruits and spices. A very pleasant wine, cajoling and mellow. Perfect with grilled red meats, meat sauces, veal shank, tuna tartare, and sauced salmon. Also amazing with spicy cuisine, such as Indian curry, Moroccan tagine, and Sichuan dishes.
65% Syrah, 35% Grenache Noir
Deep red sandal color with violet hues. Full, fleshy palate with tannins present but satiny, melted. A racy wine with a beautiful material, great aromatic complexity and an exceptional finish. The Serre de Courrent blends perfectly with fine cuisine. Orange duck, rabbit stew and seared fois gras.
100% Old Vine Carignan
(Average age, 50 years) A ruby red color with violet hues that reveal aromas of ripe red fruit, currants and cassis with some notes of spice. On tasting, this wine is elegant, well structured with roundness and amplitude in the mouth. The fruit aromas are followed by soft tannins and a long finish. Perfect with a slight chill in warmer months.
65% Syrah, 25% Grenache Noir,
This attractive 2008 Côtes du Roussillon from the Languedoc Roussillon region of France is 65% Syrah, 25% Grenache and 10% Carignan. Lovely, fresh, medium body with hints of blackberry and vanilla on the palate. Finishes with slightly grippy tannins and light acidity balanced with just enough fruit. Ready to drink today but will also age well over the next five years. Drinks like a higher priced Côtes du Roussillon. Perfect with hearty fare such as stews, game, and pungent cheeses.
100% Gamay Noir
2016 was a stellar vintage in Beaujolais.This famous cuvee gives aromatic wine, where plum, cherry and kirsch rub shoulders. The palate is long, the tanins are refined and there is great freshness at the finish.Perfect with chicken in cream sauce, andouillette, or braised roast of veal. Lightly chilled, this is a great summertime thirst quencher. Cellaring for 5 to 8 years
100% Gamay Noir
Cru Moulin à Vent is located in the northern part of Beaujolais. Moulin-à-Vent is ruby to dark garnet in color with floral and fruity aromas. Full-bodied and complex, this wine has hints of iris, spice and ripe fruit. When young, they feature a dominance of violet and cherry flavors. After a few years, the bouquet develops aromas of iris, spice and ripe fruit. Enjoy with garlic chicken, a fat rib steak, pasta with meat in red sauce and with goat cheeses.
100% Gamay Noir
Deep ruby robe, complex nose with aromas of fully blown rose and undergrowth intermingling with lovely mineral notes. The mouthfeel is long and racy, slowly allowing lovely refined and elegant tannins through. A real treat. Enjoy with 8-hours slow cooked leg of lamb, partridge terrine, haunch of wild boar, a beef rib steak, as well as Saint Nectaire, Cantal or goat's cheese.
Syrah, Grenache, Old Vine Carignan
Set slightly apart from the Rhône Valley, the Luberon region enjoys a mild Mediterranean climate. Over the years, the region has preserved its cultural and natural heritage. Vines have thrived here since antiquity and dominate the unspoiled and savage natural environment.This red Luberon is smooth and fruity on the palate, hints of ripe berries (strawberries, blackberries etc). The complexity and the power of Syrah and Grenache add a sensual texture and good length and finally notes of peppermint. Perfect with roasted red meats, game and of course French cheeses.
60% Grenache, 40% Merlot
Made in the shadows of the beautiful walled city of Carcassonne and bisected by the calm Canal Du Midi. The garnet red color opens with blackberry, raspberry and chocolate aromas followed by hints of tobacco and gravel. A touch of buttered bread as well. Good length on a lingering and harmonious finish reminds one of the first impressions. The 2013 Domaine de la Mijane won a Gold Medal at the Concours des Vignerons Independants in Paris. Pairs very well with rib roasts, game, duck breasts, charcuterie and soft cheese. Drink now but will also age nicely for 5-7 years.
40% Grenache, 30% Syrah,
Heavenly blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault. A smoothly textured rosé, crisp, acidic and ripe with tangy mandarin and lime flavors as well as ripe red-berry fruits. The classic blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault gives pepper, some light structure and avery fresh finish. Quaffable!
40% Grenache, 30% Cinsault,
A pale robe with beautiful salmon and radiant transparency. The nose opens in a spring flower bed. Also offering aromas of berries and berlingot candies. The smoothness and the roundness of the wine will make summer perfect, try with soup of zucchini and sun dried tomatoes and with any asiatin cuisine Drink now but can be kept for 2-3 years, to allow soft maturing. Serve at 50-53°F.
This sparkling wine boats a floral, refined and elegant nose, with a fresh and delicate attack on the palate. Enjoy it as an aperitif, on its own or with appetizers. It also makes a great partner to chocolate cake. Serve at 50-52°.
40% Grenache Blanc, 40% Viognier,
10% Marsanne, 10% Roussanne
Just like the white wines of the Côtes du Rhône, our white wines, Grignan-Les-Adhémar are mainly composed of two grape varieties: Marsanne and Roussanne. In order to add a unique touch to our white wines, we have integrated into the composition varietals such as Viogner and Grenache blanc. Thus, this white wine of the Rhone has a light yellow color with golden / green reflections. Perfectly fruity, with the smell of pomelo, lychee and peach. This white wine will perfectly serve as an aperitif with skewers of shrimp, avocado / crab cakes or even during the meal accompanying a tajine of chicken. Light bodied, aromas of honey, toffee, dry fruits, apple and pear. Followed by fresh aromas of white flower blossoms. Slightly intense in the mouth for a white wine, some spicy notes with sweetness of honey. Perfect with crab, clams and lobster. Pork with fennel and all vegetables.
Classic French style of 100% Chardonnay. Crisp and refreshing with slight acidity. Notes of unripe pair and wee notes of citrus. Pale yellow in color, with an approach both lively and supple. The Chardonnay grapes shows its complexity and the wealth of its aromas and flavors. Ideal as an aperitif and is perfect with appetizers, all seafoods and hard French cheeses.
